Mark Williams Founder / Owner
Mark Williams is the founder and owner of Sundeck Medics, the only firm in Virginia to receive the Trex Stellar Service Award. With more than 26 years of design-build experience, he is a third-generation Class A RBC builder.
A graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in engineering, Mark founded MK Williams Homes in 1995 with a focus on custom homebuilding, and founded Sundeck Medics in 2000 to specialize exclusively in custom residential outdoor living spaces.
Before entering the building industry, Mark was a partner at Accenture, where he advised clients on strategy and business operations. He has traveled extensively in Asia and lived in Hong Kong for several years.
Over the past 26 years, Mark has overseen the delivery of more than 1,250 residential projects for clients and their families.
