A one-hour, no-obligation meeting at your home to discuss project scope, design objectives, site conditions, material options, and schedule.
Written Fixed Fee Proposal
A detailed proposal outlining specifications, materials, schedule, and cost, along with photos of similar completed projects.
Site Visit
An optional visit to one or more of our completed projects, by appointment, to help you visualize your space and evaluate our workmanship firsthand.
Contract
A written agreement defining the full scope of work, selected materials, and project schedule.
Design Arrangement
A typical three-week phase where we work with you to explore design options, materials, and cost considerations prior to finalizing the construction proposal.
